Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, company, email address, phone number, messages, photos, item specifications, order details, jobsite or delivery information, and communications about quotes, payments, scheduling, and support.
For our text program, we keep subscription status and a limited history of consent events, such as START, STOP, and HELP, along with the event time, source, disclosure version, and Twilio message identifier. We do not collect an IP address for text-message enrollment.
Our website and authenticated dashboards may use cookies needed for sign-in, security, and session continuity. Our systems also generate ordinary technical records needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide customer service; identify requested materials or services; prepare and confirm quotes; process approved payments; coordinate suppliers, contractors, pickup, and delivery; provide status updates; prevent fraud and misuse; improve product matching; and maintain business and legal records.
Messages, photos, and product information may be processed by artificial-intelligence services to help identify items, understand requests, draft replies, and check product matches. Supplier confirmation and customer approval remain part of the ordering process where specifications, compatibility, price, or availability require confirmation.
How information is shared
We disclose only the information reasonably needed to service providers that help operate Ondaley, such as hosting, database, communications, artificial-intelligence, payment, supplier, fulfillment, and delivery providers. Suppliers and contractors receive the order or jobsite details needed to quote or fulfill a request.
Payments are processed through Square. Ondaley uses payment status and transaction records to coordinate orders, but does not claim to store your full payment-card details.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS consent is not transferred to suppliers or contractors for their independent marketing. Allowing a communications provider to deliver a message, or sharing order details with an operational provider to fulfill your request, is service-provider processing—not permission for independent marketing.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain order and consent records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet legal or accounting obligations. The appropriate period depends on the record and the reason it is held.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
